Therapy in Granite Bay and Roseville, CA

I am a fee-for-service provider. I charge $150 for a 50-minute session. Longer sessions are available upon request for an additional cost. 

Cash, checks, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. If some clients prefer to submit receipts to their insurance company for reimbursement, I can provide the receipts, Superbill and/or an invoice for verification of service dates. 

I am also a provider for  Optum Health and Kaiser Permanente. If you are planning to use your insurance benefits, please note that I am in the process of adjusting my insurance panels. Please let me know when you call who your coverage is through: either OptumHealth (Western Health Advantage members included) or Kaiser (out-of-network included). I encourage you to check with your specific insurance carrier to see if I am a listed provider. Asking the following questions may also help you understand the details of your coverage:  

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is my copay amount?
• Is approval required from my Primary Care Physician?

Cancellation Policy - If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not given me a minimum of 24 hours advance notice, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues, providing services that range from therapy for trauma, grief counseling, and parenting support to anxiety, and depression.  In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach based on each of my client's individual needs. My goal is to help each client attain the level of personal growth he or she desires.
